How a battle goes
Swipe to march
Every hold you own musters troops. Swipe from one of yours to another and a column takes the road, fights what it meets, and takes the first hold you don't own if it's strong enough.
Tap to build
Each hold builds one thing: a Farm to muster faster, Barracks for stronger troops, a Market for gold. Towers come with the Stone Age, Workshops with Iron, Foundries with Steam.
Spend gold on an age
Wood, Stone, Iron, Steam. Each age makes your troops stronger and your holds rebuild themselves around it. Your rivals age too, so the gold goes somewhere either way.
